By accessing or using EasyParty (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before using our services.

About EasyParty

EasyParty is an AI-powered home decoration platform that helps users design party and holiday themes and connects them with decoration product merchants. We act as a designer and marketplace agent — helping homeowners find the best-priced decorations from verified merchants.

EasyParty is not a direct product retailer. We facilitate connections between customers and third-party merchants. All product purchases made through merchant links are subject to each merchant's own terms, conditions, and fulfilment responsibilities.

User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a membership. By creating an account you confirm all information provided is accurate and up to date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You may not share your account with others or transfer membership to another person
  • EasyParty reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • One account per individual or business entity is permitted
  • You must notify EasyParty immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

Memberships & Billing

EasyParty offers monthly and annual membership plans for homeowners (Pro) and merchants. Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email
  • All prices are displayed in AUD unless stated otherwise
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe — EasyParty does not store credit card details

AI Design Tools — Usage & Limitations

Our AI design tools are provided as a decorating assistance service. AI-generated decoration suggestions are recommendations only — we do not guarantee that specific products will be available, that AI-suggested placement will match every room layout, or that decoration results will meet individual aesthetic expectations.

  • Room photos are processed by AI for decoration analysis and stored securely
  • AI results may vary depending on photo quality, room lighting, and layout
  • Product prices shown are indicative and subject to change by individual merchants
  • EasyParty is not liable for merchant pricing inaccuracies or product unavailability

Third-Party Merchants & Affiliate Links

EasyParty provides links to third-party merchants including Amazon, Etsy, Temu, eBay, Walmart, and others. These may be affiliate or referral links. When you click through and make a purchase, EasyParty may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

EasyParty is not responsible for: product quality, delivery timeframes, return policies, or disputes arising from purchases made through third-party merchant links. All such matters must be resolved directly with the relevant merchant.

02 — Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use Policy

EasyParty is designed for genuine home decoration planning. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform.

Prohibited Activities
  • Using the platform to scrape, copy, or redistribute merchant pricing data or product information without permission
  • Creating fake accounts, purchasing memberships with fraudulent payment methods, or abusing the refund policy
  • Uploading room photos that contain imagery of other people without their consent
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt platform functionality or AI systems
  • Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
  • Merchants: artificially inflating prices shown on EasyParty versus their own sales channels
  • Submitting multiple refund requests for the same purchase period across different accounts

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of remaining membership value, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

03 — Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to provide our services and improve your experience. We never sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.

  • Design history: Saved room designs, applied themes, and bundle preferences

  • Usage analytics: Pages visited and features used — collected anonymously to improve the platform
  • Communication data: Emails and support tickets you send to EasyParty
🔒 Your room photos are private

Photos you upload are used solely for AI decoration analysis within your session. They are never shared with merchants, other users, third parties, or displayed publicly. You may delete your photos and all associated account data at any time by contacting support@easyparty.co or from your account settings page.

EasyParty uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We also use anonymised analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core platform functionality.

Data Retention & Deletion
  • Active account data is retained for as long as your account exists
  • Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days
  • Anonymised usage analytics may be retained indefinitely
  • Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Australian law
  • You may request a copy of all your personal data by emailing privacy@easyparty.co
04 — Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

We want every EasyParty member to feel confident in their purchase. Below is our clear and fair refund policy covering all purchase types on the platform.

Physical Products (Purchased via Merchant Links)

Physical decoration products purchased through EasyParty's merchant links (Amazon, Etsy, Temu, eBay, Walmart, and others) are sold and fulfilled directly by those merchants. Returns and refunds for physical products must be handled directly with the relevant merchant under their own return policy.

  • EasyParty does not process refunds for physical products purchased through merchant links
  • Contact the merchant directly for damaged, incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory items
  • Always retain your order confirmation email from each merchant as proof of purchase
  • Each platform (Amazon, Etsy, Temu, eBay, Walmart) has its own buyer protection programme and return window

05 — Membership Refunds ⭐

Membership Refund Policy

We offer fair and transparent refunds for EasyParty Pro and Merchant memberships. Our goal is to make sure every member receives genuine value from our platform.

If you purchased a membership and have not used any AI design features, saved any designs, or made any purchases through the platform, you are entitled to a full refund within the applicable refund window below — no questions asked.

What counts as “not used”?

To qualify for a full “unused membership” refund, your account must show none of the following activity after the purchase date:

  • No room photos uploaded or AI design sessions started
  • No decoration themes applied or designs saved to your account
  • No merchant links clicked through from the platform resulting in a purchase
  • No product bundles created, selected, or checked out
  • For Merchant accounts: no products listed in the merchant portal
💡 Important clarification

Simply logging in, browsing the homepage, or viewing the theme library does not count as “using” the platform for refund purposes. You must have actively started an AI design session or made a purchase through the platform for your account to be considered “used.”

Refund Processing Timeline
  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days of receipt
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase
  • A confirmation email with a refund reference number is sent upon approval
  • Additional bank processing time of 3–5 business days may apply depending on your financial institution

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops your membership from renewing at the next billing date. You retain full access to the platform until the end of your current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the current period.

Refund is a return of money already paid. To receive a refund you must submit a refund request (see the “How to Request” section below) and meet the eligibility criteria in the table above.

Requesting a refund is straightforward. Follow these steps and we will process your request as quickly as possible.

Our support team will review your account activity and respond within 2 business days with a decision and full explanation.

Refund is issued
If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a refund reference number.
⚠️ Disputes & Escalation

If your refund request is denied and you believe the decision is incorrect, you may reply to the denial email with additional supporting evidence for reconsideration. If the matter remains unresolved after escalation, you may contact your payment provider or credit card company to raise a formal dispute. EasyParty cooperates fully with all legitimate payment provider investigations.

07 — Merchant Policy

Merchant Policy

Merchants who join EasyParty agree to maintain accurate product listings, honest pricing, and responsive customer service for all EasyParty-referred customers.

  • Maintain accurate product listings including correct descriptions, pricing, and availability status
  • Process orders promptly within their stated lead times
  • Honour their own return and refund policies for all EasyParty-referred customers
  • Not artificially inflate prices shown on EasyParty versus prices on their own channels
  • Respond to customer service queries within 48 hours during business days
  • Notify EasyParty of significant product changes, discontinuations, or price movements affecting listed items
  • Not engage in deceptive pricing, misleading product descriptions, or bait-and-switch practices

Merchant Subscription & Refunds

Merchant subscriptions follow the same refund eligibility criteria as Pro memberships (see the Membership Refund Policy table above). Merchants who have listed products in the portal but received zero customer referrals within the first 14 days of their subscription may request a pro-rata refund for the remainder of their billing period.

EasyParty does not guarantee a minimum number of referrals, impressions, or sales for merchant subscribers. Merchant subscription fees cover platform access, listing capabilities, and analytics — not guaranteed commercial outcomes.

Merchant Account Termination

EasyParty reserves the right to remove merchant listings or terminate merchant accounts without notice in cases of: fraudulent product listings, price manipulation, sustained poor customer service, receipt of repeated customer complaints, or violation of this policy. In such cases, no refund of remaining subscription value will be provided.

08 — Governing Law

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Policies are governed by the laws of Australia. Where you access EasyParty from another jurisdiction, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that supersede or supplement these terms.

  • Australian users: These policies comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Statutory consumer guarantees under the ACL apply and cannot be excluded by these terms.
  • EU users: You retain all rights under EU consumer protection regulations, including the right to withdraw from digital service contracts within 14 days of purchase.
  • US users: State and federal consumer protection laws apply in addition to these terms.
  • Disputes not resolved through our support process may be referred to appropriate consumer dispute resolution bodies in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyParty's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount you paid to EasyParty in the 12 months preceding the claim. EasyParty is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Policy Updates

EasyParty reserves the right to update these policies at any time. When significant changes are made, active members will be notified by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
